A New Gateway to Mission Bay – Jefferson Pacific Beach


Jefferson Pacific Beach-a new $103.5 million community with bayfront views in San Diego just broke ground on a nearly 3-acre site. Called “a new gateway to Mission Bay,” the project conceived by developer JPI, a leader in multifamily communities, transforms a former Cadillac dealership to make way for the project. The plans for Jefferson Pacific Beach include 172 luxury apartment homes, and 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail and creative office space.

Utopia/Dystopia – Hosted by Carrier Johnson + CULTURE


As part of our new office launch in Los Angeles and on the occasion of the Urban Land Institute’s annual convention, Carrier Johnson + CULTURE will host a cocktail party and brainstorming session on the future of mixed-use development in Los Angeles. Planned as a fun, interactive session, called UTOPIA / DYSTOPIA: L.A. NOW!, is billed as an “Ideas Mixer for Real Estate Leaders on the Future of Mixed-Use Los Angeles.” Participants will include developers, building owners, architects and branding specialists.
