The perfect candidate should have experience working on health care projects in a technical role and with OSHPD experience preferred.

This position requires the following:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in design and preparation of construction documents, preferably working on healthcare projects
    AutoCAD and Revit working experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare code requirements including Accessibility
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A general understanding of the work of MEP, Structural, Civil and Landscape disciplines in order to coordinate an overall project
  • Basic knowledge of functional analysis and space planning principles
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field
  • Presentation software knowledge a plus (photoshop/other)

This position is responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the project architects and project managers on your projects
  • Being technically savvy and responsible for the preparation of construction documents through all phases from conceptual design through construction administration
  • Executing other tasks as required by the team which may include client interface, research, design, presentation, , finish selection, construction site visits, and other tasks
  • Tracking schedule, contract, and deliverables as required by the team
  • Problem solving effectively with minimal supervision
  • At all times, delivering product and services with a great attitude and the highest professional standards.
