The Times of San Diego has featured an article on the new Point Loma Nazarene University Science Complex. The 36,000 s.f. state-of-the-art facility provides a contemporary environment within the faith-based campus that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Architect Ray Varela states that the unique features such as the long arc of perforated stainless steel walls and the screen filters “…subtly consecrates its Christian foundations in a salient design and echoes the qualities one finds in a cathedral space.”
